If you need to return an item, please read the guidelines below carefully.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unused and still in its original packaging. If the item has a quality issue, please let us know right away and include a photo or a short description when you contact us.

Return shipping is free. We do not charge any restocking fee. For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return label.

To begin a return, send an email to info@douglasccuuddletooys.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and, if the return is approved, a return label.

After we receive the returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Once the refund is processed, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us before sending anything back. We will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
